I started at Bouldering Project’s front desk in 2022 and brought leadership, dedication, and passion to each role.

Regional Marketing Manager – East Coast

  • Managed CRM platform of over 200,000, regularly using A/B testing to hone content.
  • Developed a data-centered social media strategy, resulting in an average monthly growth rate of 8%.
  • Managed multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and promoting customer acquisition in Brooklyn, Boston, and DC, resulting in record membership numbers.

Community Marketing Manager – Washington, DC

  • Increased Instagram following by 40%, using data and trend analysis to inform and develop content.
  • Planned and coordinated revenue-driving events focused on membership acquisition and retention, including Affinity Groups, vendor markets, climbing competitions, and more.
  • Oversaw local landing pages, maintaining brand alignment and optimizing SEO to drive site traffic.

Marketing Coordinator & Operations Supervisor – Washington, DC

  • Led the climbing shoe retail program. Achieving 69.8% YOY revenue growth in 2023 and 60.08% growth in 2024 by connecting with shoe distributors, training staff, setting revenue goals, and tracking sales data.
  • Developed and managed Boulderfest volunteer program. Recruited, trained, and coordinated over 100 volunteers for Bouldering Project’s largest event of the year.
  • Managed multi-channel marketing campaign for Bouldering Project’s first Yoga Teacher Training program, using organic, paid, and in-person marketing efforts to successfully recruit 14 participants.

Albright Stonebridge Group

During an internship with ASG’s China Practice, I managed research initiatives for clients in advanced technology and agriculture.

  • Drafted client recommendations on China’s 2022 Premier elections.
  • Analyzed U.S. export controls on semi-conductors and advanced computing technology.

Association of American Publishers

After interning with the Association of American Publishers, I became an analyst in their global policy division, where I reported on emerging issues to the Executive Vice President of Global Policy and the CEO.

  • Led Sustainability Working Group, collaborating with 10 major publishing houses, international associations, and lawyers. Presented findings to the Board of Directors, securing permanent funding for the Publishing Sustainability Committee.
  • Alongside Chief Operating Officer, coordinated the 2022 PROSE Awards, organizing a panel of 24 judges to review more than 560 entries.
  • Facilitated AAP’s Annual General Body Meeting and generated over $10,000 in sponsorships.
  • Analyzed domestic and foreign policy developments on copyright, technology, education, and trade to inform lobbying and legal efforts.

    During an internship at the Asia Society Policy Institute, I researched core and emerging issues regarding trade, investment, and innovation.
