Brand Alignment

In 2025, Bouldering Project undertook a brand refresh. As Regional Marketing Manager, I was responsible for rolling out the new branding in our DC, Brooklyn, and Boston locations. I aligned our digital and print marketing materials to the updated brand while maintaining the integrity, vision, voice, and values of the local gyms.

East Coast Brand Asset Alignment

Goal

Align East Coast digital and in-person marketing assets to reflect updated brand colors, photo and video direction, voice, and tone.

Challenge

Ensuring full alignment with the updated brand standards required overcoming several key challenges, including a limited library of on-brand photography assets, extensive in-gym signage that no longer met the new guidelines, and the need to train marketing coordinators and local leadership on the refreshed brand standards to drive consistent execution across all locations.
